These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to orders placed on this website with RCFML Gummies LLC (“Hella Good Energy,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to place an order. We sell to shipping addresses in the United States only.

2. Product information and safety

HELLA GOOD! Energy Gummies are a dietary supplement. Each gummy contains 125mg caffeine. Not recommended for children, pregnant or nursing women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed 2 gummies per day. Consult a physician if you have a medical condition. Read the full label before use.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

We try to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are in US dollars. Current pricing, including mix-and-match volume discounts and the flat shipping rate, is shown on the website and confirmed at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
• Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and may limit quantities. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount charged.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel any orders placed for it and refund you.
• You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes shown at checkout.

4. Shipping

We ship to US addresses for a flat rate per order, shown at checkout. Orders arrive within 7 days of purchase. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us.

5. Returns and refunds

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email us at admin@hellagoodenergy.com to start a return. Opened products can’t be returned. Refunds go back to the original payment method once we receive the return. Shipping charges aren’t refunded unless the return is due to our error.

6. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

8. Governing law
